Held in Dubai, UAE, from 20 to 25 January 2025, the program brought together the MoFND Technical (IT) Team for a series of practical sessions focused on IT infrastructure configuration, system architecture, and implementation best practices.
The knowledge transfer activities were designed to strengthen the Ministry's technical capacity by providing participants with hands-on experience in configuring and managing the project's IT infrastructure. Through interactive workshops and collaborative discussions, the team gained the expertise needed to support system deployment, maintenance, and future enhancements.
This engagement marked an important step in building local technical capabilities and fostering long-term sustainability for the project. The successful collaboration between PFM Smart System, Focal Point, and the MoFND reflects a shared commitment to knowledge sharing, capacity building, and the successful implementation of modern digital government solutions.
