Held from 4 to 12 December 2025, the engagement brought together the Ministry of Finance and National Development (MoFND) Technical and Functional Teams to validate the completed system, resolve remaining requirements, and align on the implementation strategy for the next phase of the project.
The final system testing confirmed the readiness of the IFMIS for broader deployment, while collaborative planning sessions established a clear roadmap for the phased rollout across government institutions. This milestone reflects the strong partnership between PFM Smart System, Focal Point, and the MoFND, ensuring that both technical and operational objectives were achieved in preparation for full implementation.
