Held in Dubai, UAE, from 05 to 19 July 2025, the sessions provided an opportunity for key stakeholders to review the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS), assess system functionality, and provide valuable feedback to support further refinement and readiness for implementation.
The review sessions focused on validating that the system aligned with the Ministry’s operational requirements and business processes. Through active engagement and collaboration between the MoFND Management Team, PFM Smart System, and Focal Point, the sessions helped identify areas for enhancement and ensured alignment with the project’s objectives.
This milestone represents an important step toward successful IFMIS implementation, strengthening collaboration among stakeholders and supporting the delivery of a modern, efficient, and sustainable public financial management solution for Eritrea.
