Validation Workshop on As-Is and To-Be Business Processes

PFM Smart Systems successfully conducted the As-Is and To-Be Business Processes Validation Workshop in Thimphu, Bhutan, bringing together representatives from the Royal Government of Bhutan, key government agencies, and the Joint Venture team comprising NGN, LINPICO, and PFM Smart Systems.

The workshop focused on establishing a shared understanding of the current financial management processes, identifying operational gaps, and validating the proposed future-state business processes to ensure the new Integrated Financial Management Information System aligns with international best practices.

Participants reviewed and validated business processes covering Budget Management, Cash Management, Commitment Management, Invoice Submission, Expenditure Management, Payroll Management, Treasury and Payment Management, and the General Ledger and Chart of Accounts, laying a strong foundation for the successful implementation of the IFMIS project.
